for Using the 918apk Platform

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 918apk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 918apk as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 918apk platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

02. Account Eligibility

The 918apk platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria. You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all eligibility requirements before registering or using our services.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old at the date of registration. 918apk does not permit individuals under the minimum age to use this platform in any form whatsoever.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement and carry out financial transactions.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 918apk at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Not a 918apk employee: Employees, partners, representatives or anyone with a direct business relationship with 918apk are not permitted to be active players, to avoid conflicts of interest.
• Not on a self-exclusion list: Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion from a gambling platform are not eligible to re-register until the exclusion period has ended.

03. Registration and Account

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. False or misleading information provided during or after registration may result in immediate account termination.

• Your full name must match the official identity document (MyKad or passport) issued by the relevant Malaysian authority.
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided for verification and important communications from 918apk.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 918apk will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 918apk support team immediately via live chat or email.
• A 918apk account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be shared, transferred or sold to any other party.

An identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be carried out at any time at the discretion of 918apk, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 918apk platform are subject to the following conditions. Players are responsible for ensuring all transactions comply with the limits and procedures in place.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per supported payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or one registered in the account holder's name.
• 918apk does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though charges from e-wallet providers or banks may apply in accordance with their respective policies.
• Transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering or prohibited activity will be frozen and referred to the relevant authorities.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 918apk are subject to specific conditions. Players are required to read and understand the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM500 is offered to eligible new members. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 that must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,000, the bonus is RM500, the balance becomes RM1,500, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.
• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• The 918apk VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Progression to a higher tier depends on consistent gaming activity.
• 918apk reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account termination.

06. Game Rules

The 918apk platform offers a range of games including slots, live casino, sportsbook and esports. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules and players are responsible for understanding those rules before playing.

• All game outcomes are final once processed by the system. No dispute may be filed on the basis of dissatisfaction with a valid result.
• Technical failures during a game session will be resolved based on system transaction records. Funds affected by a verified technical disruption will be returned to the player's account.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots or any method that attempts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Odds for sports and esports are subject to change based on market conditions and may be updated up to the moment a game begins.
• 918apk reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds values caused by a technical error or data error.

07. Player Conduct

Players are required to behave responsibly and ethically when using the 918apk platform. Any action that undermines the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players or the reputation of 918apk will not be tolerated.

• Offensive language, threats, harassment or any form of inappropriate communication through support channels is prohibited.
• Attempts to influence game outcomes through unlawful cooperation between players (collusion) or any form of cheating are serious offences.
• Players are not permitted to use the 918apk platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing prohibited activities.
• Any breach of these conduct terms will be investigated and 918apk reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account termination and the withholding of the account balance during the investigation.

08. Security and Privacy

918apk prioritises data security and player privacy. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the 918apk Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

• The 918apk platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Players' financial and personal information will not be sold, shared or disclosed to third parties without the player's consent, except where required by law or the relevant regulatory body.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access 918apk is free from malware and has adequate security measures in place.
• 918apk will contact players via their registered e-mail or live chat only and will not request sensitive information through phone calls from unknown parties.

09. Liability Limit

918apk will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• 918apk is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Cryptocurrency values are subject to market fluctuations. 918apk is not responsible for any difference in value that occurs during the processing of cryptocurrency transactions.

10. Account Termination

Either the player or 918apk may terminate an account subject to the following conditions.

• Termination by player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 918apk support team via live chat or e-mail. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure.
• Termination by 918apk: 918apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account that violates any of these terms, without prior notice and without liability to the player.
• When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any real money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of 918apk based on the outcome of the investigation.
• Players who undertake self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons may contact support for further guidance.

11. Amendment of Terms

918apk reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
